We have a three-day return policy, which means you have three days from receiving your item to requesting a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you receive it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or tax invoice as proof of purchase. CatBox will not accept returns without any proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@catbox.sg. If your return is accepted, we will arrange either a pick-up from you via our courier or a meetup at our warehouse. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., cat litter) and custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The "Search a Vet" functionality by CATBOX is a resource to help pet owners, community rescuers and feeders search, select and connect with veterinary clinics and or service providers.

 

Accuracy of Information
All efforts are made to ensure the data is accurate and verifications are performed by Search A Vet staff. Users acknowledge that veterinary listings, contact details and availability are subject to change.

 

No Endorsement
Inclusion of a veterinary clinic in the search results does not imply endorsement or recommendation by Search A Vet Pte Ltd. Users are responsible for their choice of veterinary service provider.

 

User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of the veterinary services found through this platform. Search A Vet Pte Ltd is not liable for any outcomes, damages or dissatisfaction resulting from the use of the services listed.

 

Data Use and Privacy
Any personal data submitted during searches or interactions is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Search A Vet Pte Ltd does not collect or share sensitive veterinary-related inquiries without user consent.  ​

• Prohibited Activities
  Users agree not to use the "Search a Vet" function for any illegal or unauthorised purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Harassing or spamming veterinary clinic;

  • Collecting data for commercial purposes without authorisation.

• Limitation of Liability
  Search A Vet Pte Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from using the Search a Vet function, including errors, omissions or third-party actions.

• Service Availability
  Search A Vet Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any contents at any point in time without prior notice.

• Changes to Terms
  Search A Vet Pte Ltd may update these terms and conditions periodically. Users are encouraged to review them regularly to stay informed of any changes.
